Uniform Changes

From September 2010 all students in Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 will be expected to wear the Federation uniform. It was initially planned to retain existing uniforms at both schools, however during the consultation students made it clear they wished be identified together.

Uniform List for Boys

Navy Blazer with Federation logo for Year 7.
Optional for Year 8, 9 and 10.

Straight Black Trousers classically pleated front or traditional fit.


Formal White Shirt to be worn with Federation tie.

Summer Term Only: White short-sleeved shirt with Federation logo.

V-Necked Navy Jumper with Federation Logo

Black sensible shoes.

Navy Blazer with Federation logo for Year 7.
Optional for Year 8, 9 and 10.

Straight Black Trousers classically pleated front or traditional fit or Knee Length Black Skirt.

Formal White Shirt to be worn with Federation tie.

Summer Term Only: White short-sleeved shirt with Federation logo.

V-Necked Navy Jumper or Navy Cardigan with Federation Logo

Black sensible shoes.

General Notes
- The blazer is completely optional for Years 8, 9 and 10.
- PE and Drama kits remain unchanged for Years 8, 9 and 10. Year 7 will recieve a Federation PE kit-list with their welcome pack.
- Year 11 students at Graham School can continue to wear their existing uniform until they leave in June 2011.
- Year 11 students at Raincliffe School are hoping to adopt the Federation uniform, but more details will be available at a later date.
- Students who have just purchased new summer uniform with the Graham logo on the sleeve can continue to wear it in the 2011 summer term.
- Rumours are expecting delivery of blazers, jumpers, cardigans and ties in August.
